My partner knows of course that I'm trying to lose weight on this diet bet (and in general) so I was puzzled when he ordered the melted velveeta and chips appetizer. Guess old habits are hard to break. He isn't overweight, so why should he be deprived? As planned we ordered chicken fajitas for 2 with corn tortillas - a reasonably healthy meal, and would have been no problem but for the queso. On the other hand, as it happens, the queso was the only tasty part of the meal.

I did manage to limit my portion of the queso, and the fajitas. Calories consumed: unknown.

As I go through this challenge I realize the most difficult part with food is eating out. So difficult to tell how many calories are hidden in what food.

I stepped up the cardio/weights workout this morning, hoping this cancelled some of last night's calories.
