I love this idea!! I am ready to roll!! I have had my morning fruit, a banana with breakfast. I know these are calorie and sugar dense, that is why I eat them in the morning. I can work it off and it keeps me full until lunch. I think I will have strawberries with lunch and then maybe some melon with supper. That is three, hmmmm two more, wow this might be hard unless I up the serving size and double up at lunch
