Focus this weekend: I'd like to get two non-walking workouts in. Because of my step bet I've been mostly focused on steps, but I have not been burning as many calories as my body is used too (since I haven't been running). I was supposed to focus on that during the week but I've just been really struggling to get out of bed in the morning. It seems to be getting better though.

 

Saturday:

-Wake up at 6

-Get ready for yard sale

-Eat breakfast right before start: coffee and granola bar

-Snack: Belvita biscuit

-Lunch: Turkey Burger with chips

-Nap (I'm sure I'll need it!)

-Get some cleaning done around the house

-Do Hip Hop Abs video

-Dinner: Sweet potato gnocchi and sauteed zucchini

-Walk on TM to get remaining steps

 

Sunday:

-Wake up at 8

-Breakfast: coffee and granola bar

-Bike the rail trail (10-15 miles)

-Post ride - english muffin with peanut butter

-Relax a bit

-Lunch - Turkey burger with chips

-Clean some more

-Go grocery shopping

-Meal prep for the week

-Dinner: turkey and sweet potato skillet (can have a beer with)

-Walk on TM to get remaining steps
