If it isn't one thing, it's another!!! I have had a bad knee for over 12 years now. I have always used it as an excuse to not do this or that...all the while gaining weight! YUCK!

In May of this year, I was swing dancing with my hubby in our living room, and I twisted it pretty good! Knee brace, a little fluid (epsom salt soak, ibuprofen, tylenol, etc.)...It's been great!

HOWEVER, just about an hour ago, coming up the stairs into our apartment, I didn't even feel the pop, just the OMW!!! PAIN! I can't move it or turn it, my baby guy coming up and touching my toes...it hurts! RIGHT IN TIME FOR SEPTEMBER 1ST!!!

So, with ALL THAT BEING SAID: please post some NON-knee workouts I can do!

Please pray (if you do)...I do NOT want to go to the hospital/doctor. Have insurance, but extremely high deductible!!!
