I figured out how to join with your help! even after a very very busy day, so let's keep up optimism, the good eating habits (more cucumbers and less ice cream!!! or how about some nonFat yogurt with fresh fruit and ice blended up to make a lo-cal treat that is similar to ice cream but easier on the body?). YES to that. Here's to sticking with our goals.
