Being a newbie can be scary - lets face it no one wants to be the new kid or the freshmen or the small fish in a big pond, but I can honestly say that I have had a whole lotta love shown to me & that is keeping me postitve & going...
Its a remarkable thing when folks you don't know show genuine care for you...it restores my faith in humanity & lets face it -- without humanity, we really don't have anything -- so THANKS my new found friends & fellow fear facers...veterans & leaders...
