Week Seven: Slowly Getting Back on Track

Hey guys, thanks so much for the support! I think it's really important for us to look for successes where we can find them. We way not be where we want to be, but so long as we are moving in the right direction, we have a lot to be proud of. Also, in my night-shift induced exhaustion I accidentally put on the scrub top one size down... AND IT FIT!!! I found myself checking out my reflection at every opportunity during the shift, and loving how much sleeker my curves are getting. Life is good (apart from getting less than 20 minutes in the last 48hrs).
