What a great blog post to share,well done on the 17lb loss! I've been overweight for most of my adult life too and at least you turned those feelings into something positive, that's great. I find that varying my exercise helps keep it fun, I like swimming, Zumba and yoga! But I try to do some cardio too. Sounds like you're off to a flying start! I hoped it bet gives you the motivation when you need a boost!
