I have so many of those days. Where work has completely drained me and I KNOW i want to go to the gym but my mind convinces me that it is okay to skip one day. I rationalize by saying "If I'm exhausted I wont have a beneficial workout anyway" . I live so close to my gym ( less than 5 minutes walk) so I tend to go home after work and then head back out after I change. But that is extremely dangerous because once you get home, who really wants to leave?! Now I try to pack my gym clothes and bring with me to work so instead of walking past the gym, I force myself to go in because "I already have the clothes in my bag, why not"?
