Well I just made my goal by -.2 lbs. That’s crazy close. I need to really focus all month long on my healthy habits and not just the last week or two. I will be less stress for me that way. It’s a life style I am trying to build here and not a just a diet to lose the weight.

My next diet bet (thanksgiving slim down w/ Heidi and Chris Powell) ends on 11/23/15. I have 3.2 lbs to go. I have 12 days to do this. So I need to keep focused and kick those 3.2lbs out of the water.

I still think I am taking December off. I will continue to work on my lifestyle just maintaining will be enough of a challenge.
