12/4 blarg .... gained .8 lbs. Naked, with clothes, before and after a poop. up .8 lbs Nuts. +'s for the day: made daily water goal by 4pm. measured out food for breakfast lunch, and snack. -'s: LOW blood sugar of 63 before I was able to eat lunch (late). Need to plan Fridays better. Perhaps snack and then lunch. Will drop insulin from 31 to 29 for the next week.
