Great job. Your week went great. I found daily weighing in to be helpful. And steak is okay,,any lean meat. I am just finishing up a diet bet and losing the weight is great. I used homemade soups and salads as the basics for food choices and lean meat and vegetables the rest of the time. Oh, and drink lots of water. I cut out as many carbs as I could and measured out my food so I could maintain portion control. I even counted out potato chips when I did eat them! Find what WORKS FOR YOU.
