I love this and relate completely, I work night shifts so that really throws my eating off easily, but I know I just have to keep healthy options around instead of bringing sugary snacks. The part I fear is the staying energized at about 3-4am time frame sometimes and not drinking caffeine and sugar filled soda, but shakeology is on the way and I know I can always make myself drink coffee. Good luck, my journey to where I'm "supposed" to be for my height is like losing a whole other person so best of luck to you, and you're not alone!

Thanks so much for reading! I remember working night shift a few years ago, 3-4 am is the pits! I used to take my 15 min break and run around the block outside, depends on the area you are at if that's safe or not, but it definitely will wake you up a little! I worked a night shift not long ago and was asleep at the desk by 4 am, luckily our ER was empty (rare event!). Let me know how shakeology works out, I'd love to hear from someone actually using it :) Good luck!
