Love this post& wonder if you are also doing LiseitlikeLauren Again, too. This is only my second month on DietBet & I decided to join 2 this month for the extra dose of motivation...but this week- food cravings have been HIGH because of snacks I bought in house for guests...and then I end up eating them all (like those cookies last night...Shhhh! Lol) But like you- I am also trying to set reachable goals so that I can occasionally indulge...but just not get back to where I was 18 pounds ago- unless I am gaining muscle weight (my plan!)
