I can relate to all of this. The one thing that has helped my cravings is adapting a paleo lifestyle. You basically cut out white foods (sugar, potatoes, pasta, bread) and replace it with alternatives like almond flour, coconut flour, coconut oil, raw organic honey and coconut aminos (replaces soy sauce). Just google paleo recipes and you will start to drool. My family loves the paleo sweet potato nachos, chick fil a nuggets and cauliflower pizza. It has completely changed my weight loss journey and my family eats the same meals.
