SOB now i can eat!!!

Thanks Ladies. My plan is to basically eat foods in their natural state(for the most part anyway)....baked meat, broiled or baked veggies....and i've cut out bread, dairy, and sugar except for what i put in my coffee every morning. I do make room to give in to cravings every once in a while and just adjust my eating for that day to stay within my daily caloric goal. I still eat sweet potatoes and whole wheat/quinoa pasta every once in a while but what has really saved me is cooking my week's meals on Sunday. Ari I feel your pain, my adult son cooks every day and lives off of fried foods and cakes and biscuits from scratch but he's helped toughen me up.Ayana I have tried zumba---and i hated it. I miss my yoga class and i'm thinking about adding that back in with weights and cardio. I've got figure out if I can do all of that exercise on my current diet.
