Thanks for sharing your menu and plan. Is your body wrap something you do yourself or go to a spa for? For your plantar fasciitis, I found any sort of inflammation reducing things to be helpful - turmeric, magnesium oil - I hope it is feeling better soon because it can be so painful!

I try to be proactive and take turmeric and fresh ginger tea every day. Normally doesn't bother me too much, but we had a little slushy heavy snow last week that I had to use my foot to shove the shovel so they are complaining a little yesterday and today. The It Works Body Wraps I do at home.
