I'm really enjoying your posts. It's nice to see that you're doing a lot of the same stuff I'm doing. No coffee? No way! Way to go on that one. I take mine with half& half only. I've been really low carb. Trying to hit the reset button on my sugar addiction. I'm finding it a little easier this time. It's like my body is already on board with the program. 2 days in and feeling great.
