So yesterday 3 friends and I began training for our very first half marathon coming up in March. It also happened to be the coldest morning so far this winter here in Arkansas (22F) so we were all quite proud of ourselves for bundling up and getting our mileage in. I felt really good the rest of the day, and slept like a rock.
So I wake up this morning to soooore legs- especially my calves. I have already taken Advil. Obviously I have been working out before now and do occasionally have soreness but since I'm in a training plan would like to find ways to combat the soreness. Curious if any of y'all have any suggestions or go to remedies? Thanks in advance!
