Hey girl! First of all, congratulations on making it this far and believing you can go all the way. You can do whatever you decide! Since you asked, my biggest piece of advice would be to take the word "cheat" out of your vocabulary. If you want to have a cookie one day, have the damn cookie! Just make sure it's only one cookie, not 6, and work harder to work it off. When you realize it's all calculations, you'll eventually stop craving things like cookies because it's not worth the effort it will take to work it off and break even on the day, not to mention working it off PLUS getting in an additional burn to actually lose weight. Don't be afraid of "bad" foods, just know that choosing to consume them means more effort on your part to expend those calories. In my view, that's part of believing in yourself, which you're already doing. Be smart and you'll be successful. You got this!
