Yes! Someone on another group I'm in posted a water challenge last week, and it made me realize I haven't been drinking much water lately. So, I'm back to 8-10 glasses of water a day. :-) I've been making a pitcher of detox water (basically, water with fruit and/or mint in it) and drinking the whole thing each day. This has really reduced my soda intake to 0. Last summer I did the 2 tsp apple cider vinegar in a glass of water for 3 months solidly, but I noticed no change. Maybe I just wasn't drinking enough water to begin with?
