Very nice! I drink a 34 oz. bottle of water on the way to and from work on the Metra train in Chicago (&, yes, BEFORE coffee in the morning). I try to drink at least another bottle at work and at the gym. I think it helps curb hunger (for me anyway). Occasionally I'll add a few drops of lemon juice for a change of pace. Vinegar? Hmmm... I'll have to try that!
