I am so sorry that you had such a bad day yesterday. :( It sounds horrible! I see in your timeline that you're spending a lot of time taking care of others to the detriment of your own well being. Try to realize that it can be good for you to say no to others so that you can say yes to yourself. Take the time that you need to eat and drink water (it sucks, but sometimes it's worth it to buy a big bottle of water). Maybe burn off some steam with a short walk or work out. Take a nap. Don't worry too much about the scale. 3lbs could be the result of your body holding onto every ounce of water and fat that it can because you didn't eat and drink enough yesterday. I don't know what your usual calorie intake is like, but try to google a calorie calculator online. Your body needs a certain number of calories just to exist and if you go under your metabolism will slow and your body will hold onto as much fat as possible because it thinks you're starving. Your weight may even out over the next couple days, so don't focus too much on it. Remember that you are worthy of being the number 1 priority in your life and you are capable of overcoming your obstacles.
