I love how many events you have scheduled! That would keep anyone from getting off track, really cool. You inspired me! I can't run, but I will schedule walking or Nordic walking events for myself and work up to it. Really excited about it!

I don't run all the way either. I USED to, but my knees just don't want to do it, so I walk REALLY fast most of the time. I can walk about as fast as I can run anyway. If I can get this weight off I might be able to start running the whole way again, but at the moment it's just too much weight on the old knees.
