So I pretty much took the weekend off to clear my head. There are some things that came up that got me off track. The only things I really didn't do was exercise, drinking enough water, and not exactly tracking my meals but I didn't have anything that would keep me off track. I just know I have to ask myself in those moments what I really want to do with health. I have to ask myself those hard questions especially when the going gets tough. I want to be honest with myself and get past my mental/emotional state of mind. That is the hardest for me. So here's to a new week and a new me!
