I only know that I can lose more because of what I've seen already. After it gets into the 120's its hard, my goal is to get to 128 which right now is really close. But if I don't get there I won't be disappointed. I know I'll lose more then 4% because I almost already have.

I am losing it the healthy way too. Because I'm so short I don't need a lot of calories like most people do. So it isn't difficult and when you are incorporating the boxing training that I've been doing plus everything else, the weight is bound to come off.
