I totally feel like I can take on the world right now. I am perfectly capable of anything and everything in this VERY moment. Today was a great day despite all the trials I had with my schoolwork that were quite frustrating but the more I stuck it out, the more solutions I gained and I got everything turned in on time which is amazing! I am SUPER happy about that!
But on to what I really wanted to talk about.... my diet today. SUPER good! It was a low carb/high fat kind of day and I made it! I also did 4 miles on my bike outside today in 25 mins and also did a full body circuit this evening! Drank lots of water. No binging/purging/etc. I had a third snack today for the evening but with how I split up my workouts today I think that is okay. I know I won't have a high calorie intake on low carb days but that is totally fine :))
