ps... MyFitnessPal "rewards" you with extra calories for exercising - if you really want to lose weight DON'T USE THEM ;)
When I first started using MyFitnessPal I thought "great"! But I was not getting the results I wanted on the scale, so I printed out my daily "goals" (before exercise) to refer to so I keep losing weight ;)
