Hi there, congrats on analyzing and staying on top of the issue! While I realize that counting calories is NOT the way to go, do you think there is a way for you to stay above 1200 calories per day (more when you are working out)? Maybe several small meals would feel less challenging? If you go lower than 1200, your body will go into starvation mode and refuse to lose more weight. It would be a shame, if you sabotaged your own hard work that way. I'm sure you know this... but I guess it is really hard to put it into practice. What is you strategy?
