The hardest part sometimes is setting a plan that is achievable for the long-term. You seem to have a decent plan for yourself and a good idea of what you want to accomplish. You could create a check list for yourself, or get a habit list app or something (this is an app I recently got to check off daily goals) and check off the goals for the day as you go along. This seems to help keep me on point. Even if you just have it posted on the calendar and check them off each day, that may help keep you on top of them. You can do it!
