Congratulations on already hitting your goal weight. I have always found that this process is easier with my husband along for the ride. He isn't doing the dietbet but he does work out daily and is eating meals along with me. This makes boredom snacking a lot less frequent. We both have a passion for running and love doing it together, it really has strengthened the relationship we have together to try to be healthy as a couple, it also sets a really great example to our kids. Running on Bridges sounds amazing!
