I am doing ketosis diet still. I don't miss bread and starches. It made me feel so terrible.. I eat tons of salad and cheese, and bacon. Lol. Shhh don't tell Marcie about the Bacon part. ;) lol
I like How I feel on this diet. High fat, modest protein, and low low carbs. The trick was finding healthy high fat, coconut oil,avocados, rich dairy. Eating enough greens. Zukini noodles I love better than any pasta or rice noodle. Flax and Chia are great on this plan. Same with avocados. I miss sugar sometimes but am learning recipes to satisfy this. I found a chocolate bar. Lilly's chocolate that works as a treat too.
I adapted my protein shakes too.
You should find ways to enjoy food. I have buffalo wing sauce I put on eggs for wing cravings. Also pizza was satisfied with a veggie egg scramble with low fat/carb sliced sausage with feta. Skinny muffins for sweet cravings. Skinny English muffin for bread cravings. Raw cacao and protein shakes for blizzard icecream cravings. Ricotta in protein shakes with choice of fruit is cheese cake. Happy dieting. It can be yummy. Be creative. Learn new recipes and foods, and even diets. It is an adventure!
Find a healthy eating plan you can do. Make healthier choices every day. Move what you can.
