I made 5 goals at the beginin of the Transformer Challenge and commited to giving an update each week. Below are the results from week 1.

1) No Sugar (7 days a week). 7/7  

2) Daily Warm-up Exercises (6 days a week). 6/6  

3) Exercise (2 times a week). 1/2  

4) Drink more water (7 days a week). 7/7  

5) No Fast food (7 days a week.) 5/7

I wasn't perfect this week, but the changes did make a difference. The warm-up exercises have been great. It gets me moving a little every morning.  The water has also been a really good thing.  I have a tendency to drink very little water during the day.  This focus has been very helpful.
