I made 5 goals at the begining of the Transformer Challenge and commited to giving an update each week. Below are the results from week 3.

1) No Sugar (7 days a week). 5/7

I ate some of the kids candy at the movie theater on Memorial Day.  I also ate some treats at a friends/family smores night.  Although this is my worst week yet for this goal, I still did much better than if I hadn't set it.  I was out of town for work for two days this week and I realized how much I load up on sugar foods when I am alone.  I resisted getting dessert after dinner and I didn't buy any candy for my drive.  

2) Daily Warm-up Exercises (6 days a week). 6/6  

I was perfect on this one again.  I do some push-ups, jumping jacks, and squats each morning to get the blood pumping.  

3) Exercise (2 times a week). 3/2

I was actually able to exercise 3 times rather than just two.  I was able to go on a few 3 mile runs.  It feels good to get out and exercise a little again.  

4) Drink more water (7 days a week). 6/7 

Okay, I'm discovering that "drink more water" is a little hard to measure.  I am definitely thinking about it during the day and as a result I do believe that I am drinking "more water", but it is hard to know whether I should count it. 

5) No Fast food (7 days a week.) 4/7

This is another worst week for me.  I mentioned that I was traveling for work.  It was a little hard to control this one.  What I need to do in those situations is to just get the best food that I can.

Well, I didn't eat as well as I have been this week, but I was able to exercise a little more.  I am still on track weight wise, so I think I am doing okay.
