Always ok to start over, right?  So yet another fresh start, but I know if I want different results I have to have different actions.

I got a virtual training buddy - we pinkie swore on Facebook to finish the C25K program for real! Did Day 1, Run 1 today.

I signed up for the 3 month 1/2 price WW deal with the new challenge I've joined. I ate WAY too much the first day, but I logged everything, and I did work out.

Tomorrow is a day to do even better!
