Short term goals plus accountability, paired with the social networky thing and possible public humiliation if I lose the bet.

 

IT IS ACTUALLY WORKING.

Im really astounded, as I thought I might have actually lost the ability to diet. I have spent the last 3 years or so (since got pregnant with my twins) eating Ketogenic and then slipping, adding carbs and subsequently ballooning to gigantic proportions.

 

Tomorrow I am sticking to my Ketogenic diet.

 

Breakfast, 2 eggs with butter

lunch Roast chicken with veg (no potato's)

Dinner  - Tofu with seaweed and salad veg.

 

sorry to bore you but it seems to work when I make public commitments.
