I still have 2 lb to go and only about 3 days to lose it!!!
here is m plan and i am going to stick to it.
intermittentlty fast (ie skip breakfast each day) est first meal after 11am and last meal before 6pm
NO carbs, just healthy fibre filled veg, lots of good fat and the right amount of protein.
excersize every day.
