Dear Diet beter's
I have reached goal in 2 bets but not yet weighed in, and Im very worried I will gain because I am doing my usual " now I can slack off a bit"
Im doing low carb but ate carbs today at 2 meals, I used to do this all the time, self sabotage and lazily slide back up and up, while feelling "ooh I have lost so much"
anyway, to combat this, tomorrrow morning I am going to go for a walk after my usual yoga.
then Im going to eat
omlette for breakfast
roast chicken and veg for lunch
early supper of fish and veg (before 4 pm)
WATER fast from 4 pm onwards.
this is what was working for me before, so I can just trust in that and then be safe in the knowledge that I will smash my targets.
