From what I have read, Keto Flu --- which is something that people have named the carb withdrawal period --- is a real withdrawal! And just like every other withdrawal, flushing your body with water helps to make those withdrawal syptoms easier to deal with.
ALSO - some of my readers will remember this link --- that drinking 2 liters of water a day for a month (not all at once but over the day) is a 10 year FACE LIFT! That's right... just DRINKING WATER!!! That's like about 8-12 ounces every hour or so!
