Hello Diet Bet friends! Hope everyone had a good first full week of 2017! I am feeling a lot better from my cough but still took it easy on the work out today. Ended up just walking for 20 minutes with a 10% incline. Anyone else like to do the treadmill on an incline? I think it is a good workout that is still low impact. I don't hold on to the rails so I'm working the whole time. I eventually want to work up to 15% with a weighted vest... but for now I'm happy to be doing just a little. I could of easily stayed warm and toasty on the couch with my cats watching Big Bang Theory but I knew I'd feel better if I did something.. And I did!
Well, tomorrow is Saturday! Woo Hoo! My plan is to go play in the mountains somewhere and find some snow! I figue that is a fun way to get some exercise in! Has anyone tried snowshoeing? I have gone once and loved it! I think I want to try cross country skiing next... tubing is fun too! :)
But for now I'll do some laundry and watch Bones and enjoy my fire place. Hope everyone else has a great evening too!
