Or 11 or 13 - depending on how you read the requirements and when you read this post! But two of my games end January 28 weight out should be Jan 29or Jan30!
Personally I was hoping to be below my weight so all I had to do was maintain with wiggle room. That didn't happen. But I am totally within the doable range! I only need to lose ounces to make my goal and win my money back! YAYA!!!

What is your plan for success?
One thing I read is that the Ketogenic dieters who have the best success do one hour of a hard sweaty exercise a week (could be jogging or could be exercise class or playing a physical game - just build up a sweat!) and weight lifting! I have done NEITHER of these things sinces I started this way of eating on January 1st. BUT with only 12 days to go... I could do 12 days... sure I could! But what is my plan?
OK... so I am thinking we have an xbox that my husband uses for cards? We used to use for full body exercise such as a soccar game and even a boxing game. I begged for a Dance game last christmas but havent used it but twice! (I don't even know how to load it up! I need typed instructions, if you are reading this David!) But for 12 days, I could play this. I know I would build up a sweat... because my dear hubby used to enjoy chasing me around to give me a sweaty hug and kiss! YUCK!!! haha (love you, honey!)
The weight training will be more difficlut cause you know not fun and requires equipment. Now I have some dumbbells and a coffee table and even two weighted balls. Perhaps I will come up with 3 or 4 weighted exercises to do --- with my honey of course (or at least chase him around with wieghts whinning!)
Ok... so with 12 days to go to win my games, I will start with this plan. What will you be doing? What is your plan?
