Great to hear you are just ounces away from your goal. Me too! My plan for success is to keep sticking to the 80% eating clean 20% treating myself to that occasional glass of wine or sweet treat (I had one cheeseburger during this bet, but no fries)..I have cut out white flour carbs for the most part except that once in a while...20% of the time it's ok to satisfy my craving as long as it's small portion. Seems to be working for me. I've been consistent with workouts that dietbet hosts have given us & the hosts have offerred excellent tips & recipes+ I have gym routines that a personal trainer gave me. The two dietbets keep me focused.
