Hey everyone!:) With just 10 more days to go in our challenge - I've been weighing myself daily so far. As luck would have it - I gained everything that I lost back! BUT I lost an inch of fat everywhere on my body, except for my left arm. I can feel I lost fat based on where my arms are now, and the angle that they stick out when I walk. Did I lose faith when I saw the scale say 245.8? or 244.4? HELL YES I DID, GIRL. At first I couldn't understand why this was - I work out 5 times a week for at least a half hour, eat pretty decently, drink a decent amount of water, and I could've sworn my neck and shoulders had slimmed down some just by looking in the mirror. So, out of some wierd frustration against the scale, I decided to take my measurements anyway via measuring tape and found that the process is working! I think it's sooo wierd I'm gaining weight but I guess muscle weighs more than fat! If it keeps up, then I'll consult my doctor about it, but for the moment I'm just going to see my personal trainer tomorrow:) I'm so psyched to meet him tomorrow and hear what he has to say. I've been trying to think of some goals I want to hit, but so far all I've come up with are these: 

-A thick ass booty
-My endurance to go up when it comes to running (I'd like to be able to do a 5k at least)
-Strong ass legs, my squat game needs to improve and I need to work on my calves. 
-Knowledge on how to use free weights when exercising my arms. 

I have no idea on how to lift weights when it comes to my arms and I'd like to change that. I'm looking forward to what the day has in store for me tomorrow:)

Another NSV for me today was that I survived Week 3, day 1 of C25K today! I was soo close to thinking about slowing down or taking a break but I persisted! It was hard for me to run for 3 minutes straight, but I got through it! I love how strong I'm becoming and amazed at all the things my body can do. Only 10 more days, everyone! Keep it coming!
