I don't know if it is just your schedule, or if it might also be very regimented eating (like same meals every day, or strict rules about meals) that make the weekend hard. If your daily eating habits make you want to go nuts on the weekend, one thing that might help is setting up treats during the week--not crazy stuff, but like splitting a dessert up over 2-3 meals. In the reverse, you can also try setting your weekend meals up more like your weekday ones. Also, I have to get out of the house--otherwise I'll eat everything that isn't nailed down!
