Having had some difficutly squishing myself into a roller coaster seat this summer, I decided that I needed to lose some weight (ok, a lot of weight)  So then I started my first dietbet and decided to do a low cal diet at first, and ease myself into a light workout routine.  I lost 10 lbs last month but I thought it would still be some time before I actually notice any difference.  I don't FEEL different, but after doing some measurments today, I was shocked to find that I actually did lose 1.5 inches around my waist.  0_0  Holy cow!  At this rate, I'm going to need to buy a belt!  Huray!
