This month's personal goal was to be able to do 10 real pushups.  (I've never been able to do that, I've always had poor upper body strength.)  Well I managed to complete 1 week of WALL pushups.  I thought they were silly because they were so easy.  How could this possibly help workout my arms....on day three I leaned in for a wall pushup and discovered MY ARMS HURT.  Apparently, SOMETHING was happening.  So I'd consider that a success!  I'm supposed to keep doing those + do knee pushups for this week and I added a new weekly goal!  That is, to become better hydrated.

    I do not drink enough liquids, so this week I am going to actually carry a waterbottle with me to work and drink 2 whole bottles every day.  (That's a lot for me.)  Which is probably why I get headaches all the time...  Anywhoot,  pushups and water!  IT's nothing drastic, but I think these two things will help me get ready for the next step in my dietbet!
