Thank goodness I was not absolutely horrible for the holidays.  I still weigh 10 pounds less than last year, that's a start...  I'm really gonna go for it this January!  I've got some new ideas to add this time!

  • 1600 calories/ day
  • wake up earlier to fit in some morning exercise
  • avoid alcohol (ton of calories in there)
  • Drink more water!  I got an awsome water bottle for christmas!
  • Log daily.  I feel like this will help me remind myself.
  • Try out a few things from this magazine I got.

My goal for january, (besides winning the dietbet i started)  is to be able to do 10 pushups....I KNOW, its not a lot, but I have NEVER been able to do that.  So that's be interesting.
