I would try egg whites, I know they sound bad, but they are actually really good. I like taking 1 cup egg whites, red onion, some other veggies if I choose, Jimmy Dean turkey sausage crumbles with a dash of red pepper flakes.

Needless to say it makes a great omelet, low calorie with high protein.

To be exact it's 210 Calories with 32 grams of protein.
