Protein -- Egg, egg whites, ground turkey, spinach, protein powder, string/cottage cheese (watch the fat and salt), beans (high carb also)...do you eat nuts at all? Walnuts and almonds (raw) are great to mix into shakes or with cheese (yep, cheese).

I only eat peanuts.. I was wondering about beans. I like black beans simmered with peppers but I thought beans were to carby..
