Adulting is hard indeed. As far as lunch ideas.. I don't do anything too fancy. Simplicity and quickness is what works. Visit the frozen section of the grocery store and get frozen veggies and rice/grains. Each bag has about 3 servings and so cheap. Also, a big bag of turkey or chicken meatballs frozen for a quick protein for lunch. A quick meal prep one or two days a week can save so much time, just take out your meal prep, heat up,and bam, lunch. That's all I can think of for now, best of luck, I hope you feel better.Samantha
